First Party Cookies: Whether a cookie is ‘first’ or ‘third’ party cookie refers to the website or domain placing the cookie. In our case, first party cookies are those placed by us and involves assigning a unique identity to you by setting the cookie with a view to tracking your journey on the Recruitment Platform.

The cookies that we place on your device fall into the following categories:

  • Session cookies—these allow the Recruitment Platform to link your actions during a particular browser session. These expire each time you close your browser and do not remain on your device afterwards

This information may include Internet protocol (IP) addresses, browser type, Internet service provider (ISP), referring/exit pages, the files viewed on our site (e.g., HTML pages, graphics, etc.), operating system, date/time stamp, and/or clickstream data to analyze trends in the aggregate and administer the site.

We partner with a third parties to either display advertising on the Recruitment Platform or to manage our advertising on other sites. Clear Gifs Information: When you use the Recruitment Platform, we or our third party analytics providers may employ clear gifs (also known as web beacons) which are used to track the online usage patterns of our users and help us better manage content on the Recruitment Platform by informing us of what content is effective. No personally identifiable information from your user account is collected using these clear gifs. In addition, we may also use clear gifs in HTML-based emails sent to our users to track which emails are opened by recipients. Push Notifications: We may send you push notifications from time-to-time in order to update you about any events or promotions that we may be running. To ensure you receive proper notifications, we will need to collect certain information about your device such as operating system and user identification information.

Social Media Features and Buttons: Some elements of the Recruitment Platform may include social media features, such as the Facebook Like button and Widgets, and the ShareThisButton. These features may collect your IP address, which page you are visiting on the Recruitment Platform and may set a cookie to enable the feature to function properly. Social media features and widgets are either hosted by a third party or hosted directly on the Recruitment Platform.
