Highway Maintenance Workers for the following locations: Craig, Hayden, Yampa, Meeker, Rabbit Ears, Kremmling, Hot Sulphur, Granby, Winter Park Steamboat Springs.
Permanent and temporary positions available. Temporary pay is $23/hour. Permanent pay starts at $18.84/hour, plus benefits. Class A or B CDL and 2 years' physical labor and/or heavy equipment operation experience is required for all permanent positions. Performs roadway maintenance and heavy equipment operation. Highway maintenance workers are responsible for maintaining the structural integrity of roadways. This can include highways, airport runways, rural roads and any other paths. Repairing potholes and other signs of damages is a common task in addition to ensuring all highway markers are always clearly visible and in good physical condition.
