Senior Electrical Hardware Engineer, Stationary Storage with Rivian Automotive, LLC in Irvine, CA. Develop electrical hardware solutions for stationary energy storage products.

Requirements:

Master's degree or foreign equivalent in Electrical Engineering, or a closely related field & 3 years [or a Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Electrical Engineering, or a closely related field & 5 years] of experience designing embedded hardware & electronics. Experience must include: working with power circuits design including power supplies, protection circuits & power sensing circuits for 48Vapplctns up to 1,500 VDC applications & hundreds of amps; using bug tracking tools such as Jira & requirements management tools such as Jama; developing test plans & test fixtures for power circuits; designing & releasing parts & systems according to a new product introduction process that includes design reviews, lifecycle management (Enovia PLM preferred), FMEAs, standards for drawings & defined milestones; & experience with prototyping builds.
