FLEET SERVICES OFFICE MANAGER
JOB SUMMARY: The Fleet Services Office Manager provides administrative support under limited supervision for the operation of the Authority’s Fleet Services facility in cooperation with the management team. The Office Manager will handle internal bookkeeping duties, centralized fleet maintenance coordination, data entry, ordering parts, scheduling, communicating with customers, completing computer and paperwork, and opening and closing repair orders. The Office Manager must be extremely knowledgeable about automotive parts and accessories and can accurately answer questions and satisfy customer requirements in person or on the phone. This person will also help with filing and other administrative duties.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES:
- Minimum 3 years office, fleet services and/or auto parts experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Familiarity with Dossier and Fuel Master systems preferred
- Proficient with time keeping
- Ability to problem solve
- Ability to support manager
- Positive attitude and team player
- Ability to communicate via verbally and via written means
- Ability to learn and utilize company specific software
LICENSING AND CERTIFICATIONS:
- Valid New Jersey Drivers’ License
ENVIRONMENTAL AND PHYSICAL DEMANDS: This position may require all or some of the following: driving, standing, walking, sitting, talking, hearing, seeing, feeling, grasping, climbing, balancing, crouching, crawling, kneeling, reaching with hands or arms, lifting up to 50-lbs. and exposure to environmental conditions.
