We're hiring Full-time/Part-time Administrative Assistant & General Office Worker to support our CEO! You will perform clerical, administrative clerical support and personal assistant functions.

Some of the tasks include:

  • Manage Social Media Platforms (Facebook, Instagram, and more)
  • Managing Phone calls and emails
  • Preparation of documents for listings and agreements
  • Contract knowledge and preparation
  • File organization, database management, client management

Requires:

  • Need excellent computer skills with knowledge of Microsoft Office and Google Drive.
  • Must have an upbeat positive attitude, attention to detail, very organized and have the ability to multi-task and continuously re-prioritize!
