We're hiring Full-time/Part-time Administrative Assistant & General Office Worker to support our CEO! You will perform clerical, administrative clerical support and personal assistant functions.
Some of the tasks include:
- Manage Social Media Platforms (Facebook, Instagram, and more)
- Managing Phone calls and emails
- Preparation of documents for listings and agreements
- Contract knowledge and preparation
- File organization, database management, client management
- Need excellent computer skills with knowledge of Microsoft Office and Google Drive.
- Must have an upbeat positive attitude, attention to detail, very organized and have the ability to multi-task and continuously re-prioritize!
