Administrative Assistant needed. Association or Property Management background preferred.
Must be proficient in Word and Excel, excellent in oral and written communication, must be organized and able to multi-task.
Responsibilities to include:
- assisting the property manager,
- answering phones,
- assisting homeowners,
- property inspections,
- producing letters,
- maintaining files,
- filing and other tasks as assigned.
