Administrative Assistant

 

Administrative Assistant needed.  Association or Property Management background preferred. 

Must be proficient in Word and Excel, excellent in oral and written communication, must be organized and able to multi-task.   

 

Responsibilities to include: 

  • assisting the property manager,
  • answering phones,
  • assisting homeowners,
  • property inspections,
  • producing letters,
  • maintaining files,
  • filing and other tasks as assigned.
