Client Director & Team Leader
Client Director & Team Leader Korn Ferry (US) - Manage & coordinate sales function including sales support & training, territory sales, & key acct sales to meet the company's business requirements, generating revenue through mgmt of senior sales representative. Requires Bachelor in International Business or higher, MBA, or closely related degree & 2 years experience in job offered or as Client Relationship Manager. Background in education, training or experience must include supervisory experience; experience with management consulting company; experience in HR, organizational consulting; deep knowledge of compensation & benefits survey & benchmarking data processes, methodologies, & tools; proven commercial experience in Human Capital space; experience in planning & building long-term relationships with HR leaders & executives in client organizations; experience in commercialization of data, Intellectual Property & portfolio of derived HR products into new market segments. Less than 20% of travel required.
