Commercial Construction Project Manager
Responsibilities and Duties:
Manage multiple projects from permitting to turnover
oPrepare and update project schedules
oWrite subcontracts and purchase agreements
oMonthly progress cost tracking and billing
oContract administration and change order management
oDirect and supervise workers and subcontractors with appropriate field management personnel
oReview and analyze contract documents for implementation of proper construction methods
oAttend project meetings with owners, design team, and construction team
oOversee quality control programs

Qualifications and Skills:
oA 2-3 year associate's degree or four-year bachelor's degree in construction management, or
oMinimum 5 years of experience in construction projects
oExcellent written and verbal communication skills

Qualitative and Other Attributes Required:
oPlan and organize a team effort
oSelf-Starter
oEffective time management and logical decision-making ability
oUnderstanding of Bid-Build process and estimating
oUnderstanding of Construction Management at Risk build process and estimating
oUnderstanding of design build process and estimating
oUnderstanding of blueprints

Computer literate including: Microsoft Office and Project, Sage, Submittal Exchange, and On-Screen Take-off
