Delivery Driver-Lube Driver
Primary duties include operating a heavy-duty delivery vehicle delivering petroleum products to customers in a timely and efficient manner.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include but are not limited to the following. The Company reserves the right to add to, delete, change or modify the essential duties and responsibilities at any time. All work is to be completed with minimum supervision and in accordance with Company standards. Other duties may be assigned.
Responsible for the complete, safe and accurate delivery of petroleum products to customers.
* Possess and maintain a Class A or B CDL. Must have HAZMAT and tanker endorsements.
* Must pass a pre-employment DOT physical and drug screen and will be subject to random drug testing throughout the duration of their employment.
* Plays a major Customer Service role and honor customer requests such as cleaning tanks, offering ancillary products, placing products in a specified location, etc.
* Understands customer emergency needs and plays a major role in the emergency delivery service offering. Required to make emergency deliveries as needed. These requests may occur at any time throughout a seven-day workweek. Must work evenings or weekends as business demands.
* Interacts positively with customers in all segments of the business. Will be required to act in a professional manner at all times.
COMPETENCY: To perform the job successfully, an individual should demonstrate the following competencies:
* The ability to safely and efficiently maneuver a truck on the roads and highways.
* Basic math skills including: addition, subtraction, multiplication and division.
* Excellent interpersonal, communication and customer service skills.
* The ability to read road maps.

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:
* HS Diploma or G.E.D.
* At least one year of CDL driving experience required.
LANGUAGE ABILITY: Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups or managers, clients, customers, and the general public.
MATH ABILITY: Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
REASONING ABILITY: Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
COMPUTER SKILLS:
* Experience working in an ERP environment is desirable.
